The Best Smoothie Bowl Ever {feat. Hood Calorie Countdown}



  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 cup Hood Calorie Countdown
  • 1 heaping tablespoon cashew or almond butter
  • 2 TBSP chia seeds

Toppings Options:

  • Fresh fruit
  • Unsweetened coconut flakes
  • Granola
  • Chia seeds


  1. Add all of the smoothie ingredients to your blender
  2. Blend on smoothie setting (or medium-high) for 1 minute or until well blended
  3. Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings
