6 Tips for a Healthier Life

Earlier this year, I shared how I created fitness goals and how I complete them. A huge part of accomplishing my fitness goals includes finding motivation but it also includes balance. I try my best to live a fit, fun, exciting life without any compromises. It’s possible to be healthy and still enjoy life to the fullest. 1. Get Enough Sleep

I keep my journal in my purse and throughout the day when I have time, I just jot down anything that comes to my mind!

4. Surround Yourself with Positive People

Last year, I literally stepped away from all the negative people in my life and surrounded myself with only people who were positive. It’s so important to surround yourself with positive people.  Not only will they help you accomplish your goals but they will make you happier overall.

5. Eat a Balanced Diet

When I was in college, I went on an extreme diet. Of course I lost a bunch of weight but I gained it all back. The bottom line is that extreme diets don’t work, you need a balanced diet.
