It’s Friday or fri-YAY! So the perfect day to share a cocktail recipe, right? Yep, I thought so too!
A traditional Moscow Mule, popularized in the 1940’s and 50’s, combines vodka, ginger beer and lime juice mixed together over lice in the iconic copper mug. Moscow mules are a perfect year-round cocktail. They're refreshing enough to sip on when it's hot out, but also substantial enough to keep you warm while you're trying to survive the last couple freezing winter months. Plus, you get to serve them in copper mugs that are so gorgeous it's impossible not to be in a good mood when you drink one.
Although I love a traditional Moscow Mule, I wanted to explore an orange flavor… to give me a sweet and refreshing cocktail! I combined vodka, orange ginger beer, orange juice, and mint as my garnish. My Moscow Mule Copper Mugs kept my drinks so cold and with the fresh mint leaves as garnish; my Moscow Mules were absolutely refreshing!
