All that was required to prepared the Bruschetta was the herb mix, olive oil (which I bought at Oil & Vinegar as well), water, and toasted bread chips. I bought toasted garlic bread chips from our local grocery store.
Simply add 2 tablespoons of the herb mix, 2 tablespoons of warm water in a small bowl and allow the mixture to steep for 5 mins.
After the 5 mins has passed, add 2 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil and stir until all is mixed well! Add your bread chips to your plate and you have a great appetizer to serve before dinner!
It literally took less than 10 mins to prepare and it was sooo delicious! I highly recommend that you try this brushetta herb mix! It would be great to bring to a party or even to make as a snack.
Oil & Vinegar also offers different flavors of bruschetta. I think next time I might try the mango version to add a little summer taste to my bruschetta!
Do you use a certain brand of bruschetta herb mix?
