4 Tips to Help Achieve Your Fitness Goals!

- Create a fitness routine: I love to plan my fitness routine ahead of time (shocker). Each week I like to plan out what days I’ll go for a run or when I will use my resistance bands. For me, planning ahead helps to hold myself accountable.
- Find a workout buddy: Everyone struggles to stick to their fitness plan. Andrew and I have always had a joy in working out together so luckily I have him. I love that we can find time to go to the gym together. You can always have long distance workout buddies or just report your hard workouts to your best friend to help you stay motivated!
- Mix it up: I used to run every single day, but after a while that got monotonous. Now, I try to mix it up by dancing, running and lifting weights (or trying to). I was also able to meet so many awesome people in my workout classes. It will definitely help to keep working out fun!
